FAQ
General Questions
What type of files do you accept for custom designs?
We accept various file types such as JPEG, PNG, SVG, and PDF. However, for the best quality prints, we recommend vector files like EPS or AI.
How long does it take for an order to be ready?
The production time may vary depending on the order size and the complexity of the design. Generally, it takes between 7-10 business days. We'll provide a more accurate timeline when you place your order.
What's the difference between embroidery, heat press, and screen printing?
Embroidery involves stitching a design onto a garment, great for a professional and long-lasting look. Heat press involves transferring a digital image onto a garment, ideal for vibrant colors and custom designs. Screen printing involves forcing ink onto a garment through a mesh screen, perfect for large quantities and durability.
Can I bring my own garments for printing?
While we do provide high-quality garments for your designs, we can certainly work with your supplied items as well. We just ask they are new and unwashed.
Do you provide samples before going ahead with a full order?
Yes, we can provide a digital mock-up of your design on the chosen apparel for approval before proceeding with the full order. Please note, there may be slight variations between the digital mock-up and the final product.
